1. Refund Eligibility

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the service has been delivered or work has commenced.
     
  • Partial completion due to client-provided delays or missing information.
     
  • Services that have been customized or tailored specifically for the client, unless there is a proven failure to deliver.
